Delete Your Account — My Durga Mart

You can request the deletion of your My Durga Mart account and all associated personal data using the form below. This applies to accounts created in the My Durga Mart mobile app.

What will be deleted

Your account (phone number, name, email)
Saved delivery addresses
Cart contents and preferences

What we must keep (Indian law)

Completed order/invoice records — retained up to 7 years for tax compliance, then deleted

Submit deletion request

✅ Your deletion request has been received. Your account and data will be deleted within 7 business days. You will receive an SMS confirmation once complete.

Alternatively, you can email your deletion request to support@mydurgamart.in or call +91 8809273293 from your registered number. Requests are processed within 7 business days as per the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
